NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Tyrone

I was born in Los Angeles, CA in the early 70s. The only son to a Belizean immigrant Mom and a truck-driving Dad from Louisiana, back when seatbelts were optional and rotary phones ruled. Growing up, my summers were predominantly spent just north of Monroe Louisiana laboring in the hot country sun working in the fields and on the farm up until the age of 13 when I got my first summer job at a L.A.-based print shop. From early childhood, I've had a relentless curiosity about how things work, always eager to tinker and explore with my hands.

Throughout elementary, junior high school and high school, I played drums in the band, ran the stage crew and hooked up the audio visual systems for various productions. Voted "most likely to succeed" by my peers, I graduated from Crenshaw High School and continued to California State University, Long Beach.

While on summer break from college, I was cleaning my church and received an opportunity to help my uncle as an electrical apprentice for a "few days".

That pivotal day marked the turning point in my life's trajectory. Following several years of invaluable experience working alongside my uncle, I was prepared to embark on a new venture: establishing my own electrical contracting business. Equipped with the skills and knowledge gained from those formative years, I eventually expanded my horizons to include general contracting, setting the stage for further growth and success in my professional journey.

I learned that the road to success is never a straight line... along the way, I've had some fruitful seasons and some... let's call them, “character-building” seasons... Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said it best, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy”.

These challenging times would be the best and the worst of times. During the toughest moments, it was my unwavering faith, my belief in God, and the boundless love I hold for my children that served as my guiding lights. Alongside these pillars of strength were the countless inspiring and motivational messages that fueled my spirit and carried me through the darkest of times. Together, they formed a powerful force, providing solace, hope, and the resilience needed to overcome life's challenges.

I have intuitively shared the invaluable lessons I've learned with those closest to me—my family, friends, and colleagues. Yet, my desire to impart wisdom extends beyond those circles; I find fulfillment in sharing my experiences and insights with anyone I encounter along life's journey. I find that there's strength and courage that can be gained through vulnerability and transparency. Whether it's through casual conversation, formal mentoring, or public speaking engagements, I am passionate about spreading knowledge and offering guidance to inspire others on their own paths of growth and self-discovery.

From career advancement and improved relationships to increased self-confidence and overall happiness. Many of my client-partners have seen significant improvements in their mental, emotional, and financial well-being, as well as in their ability to set and achieve their unique goals.
